We decided to go to the zoo during the two hour break between conference sessions. It was a beautiful day outside and the zoo was great, Sam had a wonderful time feeding the goats and the fishes. He loved, loved, loved the tigers! They are great because they come right up to the window and fence. The highlight though by far was on our way out when Sam went to use the bathroom, and then came out with Shawn holding his baseball hat completely wet. Apparently he had leaned a bit too much in the urinal and his hat fell in! Yuck!! Lets just say we'll be washing that about ten times before he wears it again. What is the grossest thing you've had to do for your kids?
These other two pics are from the week - Sam broke out his fireman outfit and put out every fire in the house he could find. He loves riding his bike and this past week we have been able to take full advantage of the warmer temperatures outside.

The zoo sounds fun, Shawn your a good dad for doing that, I think Broc would have left it....lol! Sam's a funny little guy.
The warm weather looks great! The zoo what a fun afternoon!! The grossest thing I have ever dealt with was when Michelle was chewing on something that fell out of her diaper. I called Granny and asked her what I should do and she just laughed at me. I knew she was going to get deathly ill but she survived....thank heavens!!
Funny story with the hat! Eli's grossest thing would have to be when we went up for Christmas and met Kaelub's mom for lunch at Garcias in I.F. We had just started to eat & everyone at the table heard the dreaded sound. So I took him to the bathroom and went to change him--it was everywhere! Up his back, all over his clothes. Trying to get him out of those clothes without getting it all over him was rough. Plus he was screaming at the top of his lungs. People probably wondered what I was doing to my child in there. :)
ummm SICK about the hat!! I would've just tossed it I think :) I love love love sam's hair (but you already knew that). He's such a cute kid and makes a totally cute fireman.
David has that firefighter costume and LOVES it. We have extinguished a lot of flames lately. The grossest thing we've ever had to do for David... um, clean up a potty accident? That was pretty sick, and I hope never to repeat it.
I can't believe it was warm enough for you guys to be out in short sleeves and shorts. LUCKY! It is snowing here as we speak. I swear winter will never end.
One time Sadie at Tess' duty in the tub. It was pretty nasty getting it out of her mouth! Sam is such a cutie. We miss you guys!
